We offer a 45 day return policy for a full refund minus shipping and handling.
Standard US shipping is usually $4.00 USD. If you received free shipping expect this amount to be deducted from your refund.
If you paid for expedited shipping or if your product was shipped outside of the US, the amount you paid for shipping plus ~$4.00 USD will be deducted from your refund.
Our policy lasts 45 days – some of our products can take up to 30 days to re-balance your body’s normal patterns, like sleep. So we offer an extended 45 money back guarantee so you can get the full effect of Stasis.
With Stasis, please allow for 30 days of product use before returning product. This product is not a sleep drug causing induced sleep — it balances natural sleep patterns which can take time. For this reason to be eligible for a return we recommend using the whole 30 days supply.
If over 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once any bottle label of returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you that same day we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
